With or without experience! Your kids will love LITTLE MERMAID JR! 〰️

This is such a great opportunity for children, teenagers and young adults to get involved in the theatrical experience of being on stage!! Both theatre summer camps brings an incredible mixture of team-building, enthusiasm, encouragement, making friends, and confidence-boosting fun!! All of our staff have obtained clearances and ensures that the performers feel safe, and supported. Our performers will go through a series of weeks of training on their acting, singing and dancing skills with our professional musical theatre teachers, that will result in a Broadway-style production for all to see. These camps are geared towards those with or without previous theatrical experience. Director/Choreographer performed on Broadway and in Films - the real deal!!!

Mask Policy Update: If you are fully vaccinated, masks are optional. CDC advises that unvaccinated individuals continue wearing a facial covering.

We perform with a purpose to help and support other children and their families dealing with chronic disorders/illnesses.

LITTLE STARS THEATRE CAMP

June 24th - July 13th (ages 9 - 13)
Performances July 12th & 13th

Be part of the Little Stars production of Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr.!!!  With your acting, singing and dancing where you will create a show that will take us on a journey "under the sea" with Ariel and her aquatic friends (that’s you!) in Disney's The Little Mermaid JR., adapted from Disney's Broadway production and the motion picture. In a magical underwater kingdom, the beautiful young mermaid, Ariel, longs to leave her ocean home — and her fins — behind and live in the world above. But first, she'll have to defy her father, King Triton, make a deal with the evil sea witch, Ursula, and convince the handsome Prince Eric that she's the girl whose enchanting voice he's been seeking.

All kids will be cast and spotlighted in the show. All kids are welcome! Experience is not necessary.

How can I prepare for auditions

Actors can prepare by being familiar with the characters from The Little Mermaid Jr. The director will request each actor to sing a song of their choosing, do a little movement and to read sections of the scripts. Watch for these sections being available here on the website before the start of the camp. During auditions actors need to be willing to follow directions given by the director, ask questions if needed, and to have lots of fun!!
